Not just a walk in the park!

Whether you are a beginner or an experienced exerciser, Stroller Circuit class is a great way to safely get fit and stay fit with your baby!

The workout program is an effective combination of full body strength and cardiovascular training and is adaptable to all fitness levels. 

This is no static program – every week new moves will be incorporated into the workout!

The program is open to all moms who have received clearance from their doctor to resume physical activity (typically 6 weeks post partum for a regular vaginal delivery).  There is no upper age restriction for the children, so long as they are content out in the stroller.

Stroller Circuit follows the guidelines of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG) and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP).

The Strength Training exercises use a combination of strength bands and your baby for resistance!  Strength tubing can be used for all exercises should you prefer. 

Each 60 minute class includes a warm up, circuit, cool down, full stretching and abdominal work. There is also time to socialize at the end!

  • Dress for the weather – class runs rain or shine!
  • Session runs Mondays at 10 AM for 8 classes
  • Next session starts Spring 2006
  • Introductory offer: $8 per class or $60 for the session.
